Vat polymerization-based 3D printing of nanocomposites: A mini review

چکیده

Vat polymerization, the earliest and most established 3D printing technology, offers abundant advantages of high-precision fabrication rapid speed, among others. This technology is often applied to fabricated objects with complex delicate structures, which are specific interest in numerous fields. However, it suffers from poor mechanical properties resultant printed parts due layer-by-layer manufacturing patterns absence functionality, restricting broader application objects. Integrating nanomaterials vat polymerization-based endows creation products enhanced unprecedented functional adjunction flexible designs. Giving a brief description this review illustrates principles characteristics polymerization technology. In mini-review, we emphasize recent advances nanocomposite using predominantly focusing on creating nanocomposites mechanical, thermal properties, electrical conductivity. Finally, summarize article challenges being faced future perspectives polymerization.
